Brandy Milk Punch

sip in the seasons’ greetings

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz rum

  • 1 oz brandy

  • 1 oz bourbon

  • 2 oz heavy cream

  • 2 oz milk (whole or skim, or even oat)

  • ΒΌ teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (or more to taste)

  • Sprinkle of fresh grated nutmeg for garnish

This recipe comes from my grandfather, Killian. He was a 6’4” gruff man and probably the only person in the world who should be drinking more than two or three of these bad boys. THEY. ARE. STRONG. So don’t say you haven’t been warned!

Combine all ingredients over ice and mix well until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube. Garnish with nutmeg and sip, sip, sip it in!

An excellent substitution: get glutinous. Skip the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and top your drink with a melty scoop of vanilla ice cream, mix it in. You won’t be disappointed.
