Perfect Pickled Onions
Ingredients
Juice of 4 limes
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 red onion sliced thinly
Combine all ingredients in a small jar, such that all the onions are submerged in your liquid and shake well. Set aside for about 30-45 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful fuschia color. You can use immediately or store in your fridge for up to a month.
