good gut smoothie

I got the original roadmap for this smoothie from the imitable Wishbone Kitchen and made a couple of small changes for creaminess and tasty (why else?). See below!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Β½ cups frozen mango

  • Β½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • ΒΌ cup kefir

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • big handful of baby spinach

Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth and fluffy. This smoothie has tons of great fiber and digestive compounds to help stabilize your digestive tract and help combat constipation β—‘Μˆ
